At  the  Ripe  Age  of  6,  our  company  owner,  Donald  Chance,   started  helping  his  Grandfather  Donald  T.  Jones  Build  Houses  after  school  and  on  the  weekends  in  Waycross,  Georgia,  where  Donald C. was  born.  If  we  were  to  count  all  of  those  years  of  experience,  our  owner  started  slinging  a  hammer  about  a half  a  century  ago!

The  initial seeds  for  building  were  planted  by  his  Grandfather  and  Donald has  been  building  Something  every  since  then.  

Donald  moved  to  and  lived  in  Jacksonville,  Florida  during  his middle  school  and  high  school  ages. Donald  worked  for  his Uncle  Herbert  Blanton  in  Jacksonville,  Florida.  Uncle  Herbert  was  in  the  fiberglass  business.  He  helped  Donald  learn  how  to  conduct  himself  as  a  young  man.  He  planted  seeds  of  confidence  in  Donald.  He  made  him  believe  that  he  could build  anything  and  that  he was  smart  enough  to  do  anything  he  wanted.  He also taught  him  how  to  use  tools  for  manufacturing. 

Donald  Believes  every  young  man  needs  a  Grandfather  Jones  and  an  Uncle  Herbert  in  their  lives  to  help  them  grow  into  a  responsible  young  man.

After  high  school  Donald  spent  many  years  in  the  Pipe  Organ Manufacturing Business.  Yes,  the musical  instruments  played  in  churches.  The  pipe  organ  business  taught  him  how  to  be  very  meticulous   concerning  quality  of  building  and  manufacturing. It  also  taught  him how  to  contract  and  manage  projects  for  meticulous  customers  whom  were  predominately  churches  and  universities.  These  entities  were  typically  managed  by  selected  wise  and  successful  professionals  whom  also  played  a  role  in  teaching  Donald  how  to  manage  a  successful  business  and  conduct  himself  Accordingly.

Donald  has  traveled  to  13  countries.  Some  for  business  and  some  for  Christian  Missions  and  Building  Projects.  Donald  has  been  chosen  and  has held  many leadership  positions  within the  churches  he  has  attended.  This experience has  also  taught  Donald  much  about  life  and  business.  We as  Americans  are  Blessed  beyond  the  belief  of most and  it  is  Better  to  Give  than  to  Receive.
